Comprehensive, affordable dental care is available at our office for people with no dental insurance. With the rising cost of health care, many individuals and families are left without viable opportunities to maintain their dental health. Some have lost coverage from their employers or find individual plans too expensive as the premiums outweigh the benefits provided. Many people are putting their well being at risk by foregoing or delaying dental care due to the high cost of dental insurance. They only pay for selected procedures, create waiting periods, and provide little benefit.

We can make it affordable!
Our plan includes comprehensive exams, cleanings and radiographs twice a year; a 20% reduction of our regular fees for all other services provided by our office. There are no waiting periods, deductibles, annual maximums, and preauthorization.
Membership Details
Membership Benefit Period is for one year, and commences on the date of enrollment.
Annual Membership Fee: Individual $250
Additional family members: $150 each

Patient Loyalty Plan
As part of our continuing effort to provide healthcare to all individuals, we have established a discount plan to our patients that do not have dental insurance. Anyone, whether an individual or a family, can receive the same high quality dental care provided at our office, for a reduced fee. The services provided, as well as the lab work, are equivalent for all individuals.
This plan is NOT insurance, nor is it a qualifed health plan under the Affordable Care Act. This plan provides a 25% discount on all dental services provided only at our office. Plan members are obligated to pay for all services at the discounted rate, at the time of service, unless payment arrangements are approved by our office. The annual membership fee is $99 for individuals, $150 for couples, and $200 for families. (A family constitutes one or both parents and all their immediate decendants living at the same address).
